Timber Frame Solutions sets suggested retail pricing. Dealers receive wholesale pricing based on their active dealer tier. Dealers are expected not to publicly advertise below suggested retail pricing. Dealers may make private one-on-one customer pricing decisions, but any reduction from suggested retail comes out of the dealer's own margin.

Timber Frame Solutions can drop-ship pavilion kits directly to the client's project site. Materials are securely palletized and prepared for freight shipment. Dealers and customers are responsible for confirming offload logistics before delivery. Equipment to offload materials may be required and must be arranged by the client or dealer.
Freight is estimated from Henderson, Tennessee 38340 and may vary based on location, site accessibility, delivery requirements, trailer type, and current freight conditions. Final freight is subject to confirmation.

Dealers get a professional QuickBooks invoice with a hosted payment link — no manual paperwork, no chasing wire instructions. Do dealers have to stock inventory?

No. Every pavilion kit is built to order and drop-shipped directly from our shop in Henderson, Tennessee to the customer's project site. You never hold inventory.
Can dealers sell custom sizes?

Yes. Standard catalog sizes price instantly in the dealer portal, and custom WxL pavilions can be submitted as a quote request for our team to scope and price.
Who handles fabrication?

Timber Frame Solutions. Every kit is pre-cut, pre-fit, and palletized in our shop before shipping.
Can dealers install the kits?

Dealers may install, sell only, or partner with a local installer — whatever fits your business. Our kits are designed to be erected by a contractor or skilled homeowner.
Are stain, roofing, and plating included?

Those are add-on packages. Dealers can quote them per project alongside the base kit.
How are dealer tiers determined?

Tiers are based on completed pavilion project volume — Standard at approval, Preferred after 10 projects sold, Premier after 25 projects sold.
Can dealers advertise below retail?

No. Dealers are expected not to publicly advertise below suggested retail pricing. Private one-on-one customer pricing decisions are allowed, but any reduction comes out of the dealer's own margin.
Who is responsible for offloading?

The customer or dealer. Materials arrive palletized on freight; appropriate offload equipment must be arranged before delivery.
How long do custom quotes take?

Standard kit pricing is available instantly through the dealer portal. Custom quote requests are reviewed by our team and typically returned within 2–5 business days depending on project complexity.
