PPG Flood semi-transparent stain. Oxford Brown, Sierra, Timberline, Cedar Natural, Redwood, and White Birch.
Plating
Post bases, truss plating, and additional connectors (Ts/Ls, rafter ties, standard angles). Cut in our shop, powder-coated or DTM finish.
Engineering
Stamped 3D rendering + load computations for your geographic area: $2,250. Stamped footing design: additional $2,000.

Materials are palletized for freight. We coordinate the shipment; clients are responsible for providing equipment to offload at delivery. Driver and client contact details are confirmed in advance.

Kits in the field.
All heavy timber is supplied fresh-cut and green. As the wood acclimates and dries, checking, minor twisting, and dimensional movement will occur. These are natural characteristics of solid timber and do not affect structural integrity — they are not considered defects and are not covered under warranty.
Stain color samples and prior project photos are for reference only. Final appearance will vary based on species, grain, moisture, absorption, and on-site lighting. We cannot guarantee an exact color match.
Standard kits are proportioned to typical Tennessee and surrounding-region loading. If site-specific engineering is required, stamped drawings + load calculations are $2,250, with stamped footing design an additional $2,000.

What's standard sizing?

Standard kits run from 12×16 up to 24×40. Anything larger requires a custom quote and engineering. Every kit ships with a 6/12 roof pitch and a 1' overhang on all sides.
What's included in the base kit?

Pre-cut and pre-fit lumber: fully assembled trusses, posts with powder-coated or DTM-painted post bases and risers, decorative chamfered headers, 2×8 ridge beam with beam pocket, matching rafters, and 2×8 #1 SYP tongue-and-groove decking. All lags and fasteners are included except 5/8" Redhead anchor bolts and T25 decking screws.
Do you install?

No. Our kits are pre-fabricated post-and-beam packages designed to be erected by the homeowner or a local contractor. Pre-fitting drastically reduces install cost and timeframe.
Do you handle fireplaces, kitchens, or electrical?

Those integrations are added by your local trades. We can provide consultation but it's not part of our build.
How is shipping handled?

Materials are palletized and shipped freight nationwide. We coordinate the freight; the client provides equipment to offload at delivery. Driver and client contact details are confirmed in advance.
