Dealer Onboarding Guide.

Dealer Program Overview
Approved TFS dealers sell our pavilion kits and related products to their customers, with our team supporting the parts you don't want to build in-house.
- Dealers sell TFS pavilion kits, trusses, steel connector plates, and related products.
- TFS supports quoting, production, freight coordination, and dealer resources.
- You stay focused on the customer relationship; we handle the shop floor and logistics.
Dealer Tiers
Tiers are based on completed pavilion project volume — your wholesale pricing improves as you grow.
See the Pavilion Dealer page for full tier requirements and program details.
How to Quote Standard Kits
Standard catalog sizes price instantly inside the dealer portal.
- Choose the pavilion size (12×16 through 24×40).
- Choose the species — Cypress, Cedar, or Southern Yellow Pine.
- Select add-ons: stain, roofing, plating finish, post bases, and engineering if needed.
- Estimate freight by ZIP code where available.
- Submit for review when a custom detail or non-standard option is involved.
How Custom Quotes Work
Anything outside the standard catalog runs through our team — dimensions, sketches, or photos are enough to get started.
- Dealer gathers customer requirements (size, site, intended use, finish preferences).
- Dealer submits dimensions, sketches, photos, or notes through the portal quote request.
- TFS prepares the custom quote and returns it to the dealer for review with the customer.
Lead Registration
Lead registration helps keep dealer territories and active opportunities clear.
- Register customer opportunities you're actively working through the dealer portal.
- Helps avoid duplicate-dealer conflicts on the same project.
- Protects active opportunities where applicable, on a first-registered basis.
Order and Payment Flow
Once a quote is approved, the flow from order to delivery is straightforward.
- Approved quotes become orders.
- Invoices and payment links are issued.
- Deposit and balance are collected according to quote terms.
- Production and shipment updates are tracked through the portal.
Dealer Sales Expectations
A consistent, professional presentation protects the brand and your own margin.
- Present TFS products professionally — accurate specs, photos, and descriptions.
- Do not publicly advertise below suggested retail pricing. Private customer pricing decisions come out of dealer margin.
- Explain installation expectations clearly — TFS supplies kits, not local labor (unless separately contracted).
- Confirm freight and offload requirements with the customer before the kit ships.
Support Resources
Tools and assets to help you sell.
- Branded brochures and one-pagers.
- Product photos and renderings.
- Pricing resources and the dealer pricing calculator.
- Quote support from the TFS team on complex or custom projects.
- Dealer portal tools for quoting, lead registration, and order tracking.
