Freight Rates
Freight is calculated from our origin in Henderson, TN, at a standard rate per loaded mile. The exact rate is shown on every quote alongside the line items so you can see what you are paying. Local pickup at our Henderson yard is available at no freight cost.
Lead Times
Standard pavilion kits typically ship within two to four weeks of order confirmation. Custom and engineered orders quote a specific lead time on the approved quote. Lead times begin after deposit is received and any required drawings are approved.
Delivery
Most orders ship by flatbed or step-deck carrier. The buyer is responsible for providing safe, legal truck access to the delivery site and for off-loading. We will note any delivery requirements (lift gate, smaller truck, residential restrictions) on the quote when known in advance.
Inspection & Damage Claims
Inspect every shipment before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage or shortages on the carrier's paperwork at the time of delivery and notify us within seven (7) days, with photos. Claims reported after signing a clear receipt may be limited by the carrier's terms.
Returns
Custom-cut timbers and engineered kits are non-returnable. Standard hardware and stock items may be returned in original condition within thirty (30) days; restocking and return freight apply.
Sales Tax
Orders shipped within Tennessee are charged applicable Tennessee sales tax. Out-of-state shipments are not charged Tennessee sales tax; the buyer is responsible for any use tax owed in the destination state.
